Making a Monstrous Looking Hero

Is it possible to make the monster in the picture found in the following link? If it is possible to make the monster then how would you do it?

    It's totally possible to make a monster like that, or something even more mind bending. I'd try to list what the monster in your above pic was using, but I have a horrible memory and would likely not name a lot of pieces correctly.

    Monster Claw Feet/hands. Scales Tights top/bottom. Lemurian Spiked tail. Spikes tight Meandering leg accessories. Spikes Meandering arm accessories. Spikes Jagged shoulders. Wings Insect Beetle 01-03. Insect Head 2. Tusks Big mouth accessories. Tusks Big side accessories. Metal material on all.
    So lots of spikes and stuff.
    Some sliders magic.
    I guess it's somekind of Qularr superhero.....

    Here is what I have done so far to get my character close to the picture in the link. How do I fix what I have in the picture to be more like the picture in the link? How do I get the Lemurian Spiked tail?

    I think it's a random drop from beating up Lemurians. There's an ocean zone actually called Lemuria, they also have an area on Monster Island around the volcano, and a tiny Open Mission in Millennium City in Downtown, north of the Sakura Park bridge.

    Try Auction House?
    Lemurian pieces drop from Lemurian mobs. I believe.

    So far I have not found a Lemurian Spiked tail in the Auction House. I wish I could find one since I happen to look the way the Lemurian Spiked tail looks.
