The Mummy build

Hi I want to create a build that is inspired by the 1999 Mummy movie. What should I start with

How do I make a character that’s similar to the villain in that movie

I think he wants to be Imhotep: https://mummy.wikia.com/wiki/Imhotep While Nepth apparently does, most people don't think of the archaeologist guy(Rick O'Connell) as the villain.

Imhotep's powers included summoning swarms of bugs, summoning big mummy guys, magic plagues, telekinesis, regeneration to the point of being practically immortal, he knew magic spells to resurrect others and himself, and even had some elemental powers, and in one of the movies he fought a duel vs Rick using Egyptian melee weapons. As for TPs... I'd go with acrobatics, and teleportation. Imhotep could run super fast, and jump on top of buildings. He did wall crawling, but CO doesn't. He'd sometimes disappear and reappear elsewhere too.

Okay. I'm not familiar w/ the IP enough, so I'll just go off that description. It prob includes too many diff themes to cram into one coherent set for CO, so I may not be able to include everything:

Level 9: Physical Conditioning (Str: 5, Con: 5)

    Powers

    Adv. Points: 34/36

    Travel Powers
    Level 6: Acrobatics
    Level 35: Teleportation

    Specializations
    Strength: Swole (2/3)
    Strength: Physical Peak (3/3)

    Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
    Vindicator: Modified Gear (2/2)
    Vindicator: Mass Destruction (3/3)
    Mastery: Warden Mastery (1/1)

The free adv points can rank one or both travel powers. The main attack here is Cleave, though you can supplement it w/ tapping Arc for its debuff, and using Destro sigils for added dps. For AoE you can lunge in and charge Arc, and also throw in sigils if you want. March of the Dead was also added for the theme. Gears mostly for Str, w/ some Con and Int.

Edit: changed the build a bit to use Enrage and Arc as the main AoE, since it seemed more practical than using Hurricane w/ melee. Added TStrike as the 'elemental' spell that can knock (for Enrage) and proc an extra self-heal.

    Mumm-Ra did nothing wrong.

^_^ OK I not good with builds but I really wanted to post in here because TOO MANY VAMPIRES AND WOLFIES in CO. My trick on some of my Nephts is the supernatural power sets and just color tint some of the powers yellow so that stuff looks like sand. It really does look the part.
