Help with Red Lantern homage build

I would like to create a build that resembles the Red Lanterns. Specifically Bleez. These are everything that a Red Lantern should possess.

Acid: They have the ability to expel a fiery acid from there mouth.

Caustic Effect: Red Lantern power can damage and drain away the power of others like a poison.

Energy Projection: They can project beams, form protective force fields, and fire destructive blasts. The attacks often come from the mouth.

Flight: They can fly in atmosphere or in space, and can achieve incredible speeds, moving from planet to planet in a matter of hours.

Mirages: They can create mirages/illusions.

Wormhole: They can open wormholes.

This is what I quickly came up with in the HeroCreator.

    Well, for CO the combo of powers is going to be hard to work with, since it all comes from very diff sets. DE as the base is fine for dps, though it is costly and works best w/ FotT and Supernatural Power, but that means you should limit the amount of non-Supernatural attacks in the build.

    You could instead take a more Fire-oriented route and still use DE, but you'd have to keep TReverb up in the background somehow. Not sure if energy would be good this way, but its possible:

    Thanks Flow. Can I switch Night Warrior for Pestilence? Night Warrior doesn't really fit the theme of the build. Also I was kind of hoping to keep INT as the PSS mainly for the Specialization Tree. That way it would lower the cost of my abilities but also boost up my stats a bit from the tree.

    In such case you don't have much freedom with the passive. Night Warrior would help you with overall damage, you don't have to use Sneak with it. In case if you want to make your char look stronger without using Night Warrior and have buffed up stats, you could as well just pick AoPM. That's what I usually used on my Lantern wannabes on the test server.

    Int PSS would go pretty well w/ AoPM, though Hybrid role isn't ideal for dps, and you wouldn't want to do larger group content w/ Supports also using AoPM. As mentioned, w/ NW you can forgo putting Sneak and Shadowstrike on ur bar, and the passive doesn't really matter for theme (their normal visuals are now separate auras). Other alternatives are Unstoppable or WotW- they won't boost the ranged attacks as much, but will affect DE fully.

    Otherwise, I prob wouldn't pair NW and Int PSS for most content (their -resist can't take the target past 0%). You can get decent cost discount w/ gear alone.
