I'm not necc saying you should get rid of DW, but its kinda redundant to have it and Bullet Ballet, assuming both are mainly for single-target dps. Perhaps for the tank Rush can be more helpful, since it has less stats that it can devote to energy, but how is energy on the dps unit when using BB and no Rush?
I may also put Challenge on EotS if you are using it often for AoE, and maybe max Flanking in Brawler spec for the dps (since BB is flagged as AoE, Finishing Blow won't apply to it- though it would for DW and Exec Shot).

DW and BBallet are for my play style. DO you mean both attacks for DPS and TANK or just one?

Where on TANK do I get/find rush?

Uh, DW gives Rush when fully charging it (innately atm, though in a revamp they'll likely move it to a 3-pt adv). If you want to have both attacks for theme, that's fine I guess, but I do wonder how your energy is faring (in either build) when using BB and not DW.

FIXED STEEL VIPER BUILD. I used a possible build instead of the build currently using. (other information is correct.

With Both Steel Viper and Good Samaritan ( in above builds). I can keep up with both Bullet Ballet and Dragon Wrath without pause or using Energy Builder.

You have three diff AoEs in the tank build (EotS, BBallet w/ adv, Bullet Hail), and I don't think they're all needed. Also would prob use Warden and/or Protector for the specs (Vind is okay, but its Aggressive Stance doesn't give that much defense, unless you're using something like 3-set Justice). You also prob don't need R2 of Burst Shot, if you want to free up some adv points.

If keeping Bullet Hail for ranged tagging, I'd prob have Challenge on it and BBallet (and then you don't really need Challenge on Burst Shot). Getting a normal rank of the lunge is also a waste, since the dmg is low as is. You could rank Athletics or the AO.

I meant Nailed to the Ground for Strike down.
Bullet hail already has 5 adv points ( Wall of Bullets = 3 pts (Damage shield))
I dropped Eye of the Storm (with the damage shield) for the Ultimate.

Yea, I know wall of bullet's adv is 3 pts- you'd have to settle on R1 dmg for it. And yea, I saw that you dropped EotS for the ult. Going w/ Challenge on DW and Burst Shot means your AoE threat tagging is limited (unless the ult is up).
