Help with a Cosmic Claw DPS Build please?

Hello all. I would like to find an effective build, and if possible with Shadow Strike, or just the best build for cosmics. Thank you!

    I mean.. it can be as simple as just putting up Shredded and spamming DC still. For example:

    Scything Blade is your AoE, and it can also build FotTiger stacks at any time. Puts up Shredded w/ VFangs, spams charged DC, and charges R&T to refresh Shredded. The last few powers can be changed, if you wish.
