It look no good matching the dialogbox with the npc location.

    yeah, it's kinda random as to whether they are seen in their actual location or their scripted locations.. but the bubbles are always in the scripted locations.

    I think it may be a loading time related thing since they seem to be in their actual locations more often if the cutscene plays immediately on me entering the alert.
