Cleave can reliably put up CF (and Reckless) and serve as close-range AoE, while Pyre can AoE in a wide area and lay down pyre patches. Annihilate is your main boss killer, and Firesnake can help debuff. Gears mostly for Str, w/ some Con and End (and cost discount on gear).
