Costume Transformations
We are adding a new type of item into the game, Costume Transformations! These items will give you the ability to play an animation and effect when changing to a costume!
Known Issues: Currently there is no way to set the color of an individual costume transformation. Players can utilize the set all power color function to set the color on all of their transformations. We are looking into a way to set the color for each individual costume transformation.
The Blockbuster Lockbox is out!

All players who have Aggressive Stance or The Best Defense specializations have received a free respec. Just a reminder, free respecs do not stack.

Aggressive Stance
Some detail on this change: When these advantages were combined it created an infinite loop where they would continuously benefit each other. The UI would eventually stop updating the bonuses, but the loop kept on. This was an unnecessary resourse hog and also made these specialization much better than intended.
The change made here will no longer allow these effects to loop off one another. Instead, each individual source will gain the bonus.

- Witchcraft is joining the event with some double XP! She'll be sticking around until next week.
- Added Army Helmet 3 costume to the event store.
Costume Transformations
We are adding a new type of item into the game, Costume Transformations! These items will give you the ability to play an animation and effect when changing to a costume!
- To set a costume transformation, go into the tailor on the costume you want to set the transformation on. There is a new Costume Transformation tab.
- All players have access to the Basic and Whirl costume transformations. Stay tuned for additional ones being added into the game! Some can be previewed on PTS now!
- Costume transformations will not play if you are in combat.
- Costume transformations will not play if you are using the following travel powers: any tunneling travels, any swinging travels, Wild Speed, Scarab Flight, Bat Flight, Shadow Skull Flight.
- Costume transformations will not play if you are using the following powers: Vapor Form.
- Costume transformations will not play if you are using any Become device.
- Costume transformations bind to the character that unlocks them.
- Once bound, that transformation is available for any of the costume slots on that character.

- Added the Blockbuster Key Pack.
- This pack contains 20 keys, 25 Ripper's Rage mods, 3 Triumphant Recovery, 10 Healing Device Plus, 10 Energy Surge Plus and a Summer Shirt costume unlock item.
Drifter
- Added Powerful Energy aura.
Misc
- Updated a few NPC feral attacks to apply the NPC version of bleed instead of a unique bleed effect.
- The 4th color will now properly update on the character model when hovering over colors in the tailor.
Power Changes

Specializations
The Best Defense
- Changed this spec to grant offense bonuses based on the amount of defense on your gear. Previously it took into account all sources of your defense.
Aggressive Stance
- Changed this spec grant defense bonuses based on the amount of offense directly on your gear and granted by mod effects. Additionally, this spec will also grant a bonus based on the amount of offense you have from individual powers (not other specializations). Previously it took into account all sources of your offense.

- The second hit on this attack now has a 25% chance to apply Bleed (from 15%).
Parry
- Updated the tooltip to make it clear that the parry effect can only occur once per block cycle, meaning it cannot be triggered multiple times if you are constantly holding down block. This is just a tooltip update.
New Power: Catastrophic Pummeling
- Ultimate
- Deals Crushing damage to a single target.
- Roots them briefly.
- After a couple seconds, makes you immune to most forms of Crowd Control until you stop maintaining this power.
- If fully maintained, deals damage in a area effect, knocks targets into the sky, and applies the Overpower debuff.
Uppercut
- Head Trauma Advantage: Updated the Stun on this advantage as it was using a very old version of it.
- The effect of this advantage is now called Bewildered.
- Reduced the duration Bewildered lasts on a target to 10 seconds (from 12).
- The Stun effect should properly apply Hold resistance now.
Lead Tempest
- This power was using an incorrect formula for its cost. Cost has gone up.

at least it got the immune to CC like Fury of the Dragon, but still, Lame
EH I won't bother retconing ALL my characters with that spec combo, the specs are still fine with each other, they will still do fine so whatever, they still should be viable

We got the Costume Transformations gimmick I see, easily skippable and less things to care about lookboxes
I will keep the costumes and power progression instead of a 5 seconds cosmetic gimmick, THANKS

My characters
You lost all credibility the second you lashed out in anger.
Also, what do you expect, they are "COSTUME" related, so it's only for that OC you pick, how excaly do you think costume slots on that character, will work for others?, its key to EACH slot, for that certain costume.
Oh, such a shame. The simplest thing stops you from enjoying life.

It hasn't stopped me from enjoying life, I'm just enjoying it elsewhere while giving my time and money to a different company.
I still hold hope that the power was forcefully released cause of the Lockbox and that it will receive further tweaks to it's FX or mechanics while you keep working in the SB update, but then there's the Meteor Blaze case so...

We are waiting for your alternative proposal on how an MMO can make money. Cause you know, MMOs require money to run.
Like it only requires you to do 1 Cosmic rotation at current Q prices to get 1 character slot now. That's less than 1 hour work depending on how good the raid is.

You do realize you can still get free slots with your monthly stipend? 100 zen gets you a character slot (which can house a freeform) if you are gold or lifetime
and you can also get those 100zen within hours with questionite exchange, and a bajillion ways to farm questionite.
Used it once, was for fun.

Not at cap you can't, and that still doesn't fix that the missions haven't changed in 6 years and Alerts are only marginally less boring (provided the queue system doesn't break).
The tights have brown teeth just like the firewing tights. Please fix this.
Have you tried changing the Mood? It fixes some costumes when I do that.

Everything about this Lockbox from Theme, to costume, to ultimate, to emote, to transfomation, to costumes screams MIGHT themed super hero (along with the Ripper mods in Zstore key pack)
I assume if Single Blade revamp didn't got delayed months ago and got released with Buccaneer as it was intented, this would be linked with a Might Revamp? OUCHIE OUCH
Now I feel bad for advocating the use of Wardicator on my n00b years before I found out all the other superior options.

I haven't used my tank in forever cause I got annoyed of carrying PvP leeches at Cosmics.

Umm, what does him being a furry have anything to do with your points? How does that make his opinions on gameplay any less valid? It just seemed like you were going for a cheap shot without any good reason to back it up.
Quit relying on bugs and git gud. None of your toons is legit, all you do is exploit.. whether it is fall damage + DoT, knock ups,or any other type glitch. You're always the first to jump onto the bandwagon. You're Quasionda 2, only good at pvp when you can use cheats.
First off, all you do is block spam in duels when your hp gets low and turtle away till you heal, second off, lezard does more than you ever have, all you do is troll people in RC and kill low levels with clinging flames.
third off. people like you exploiting the h out of wardicator, is why it's getting nerfed.
