I need some help with a Mage

Dont get ne wrong: The Damage is ok but it is imo too squishy:

    You do not have a block replacer in your build. Try adding a rank 3 block replacer. Telekinetic Shield, Rank 3 with Telekinetic Reinforcement advantage would help you greatly with a prolonged shield. Or you could also take Force Shield, Rank 3 with Force Sheath advantage. Just tap block and you have a shield for 8 seconds. tap again before the 8 seconds are up to extend the shield's duration. You can attack after tapping block. This is effective for regular content. Just don't expect the tap block to take a big hit from a cosmic though. For that, you have to use a full block. Also don't expect this method to go well all the time in the new Save the Earth alert.

    You didn't rank the slotted passive, though ranking Rebirth is kind of a waste. You also have 2 toggles/forms, and some inefficient advs. Ranking the energy builder is also a waste. Also as mentioned, you'll want a ranked block enhancer. Could also boost its dps w/ Dex SS, and refine the specs and talents a bit.

    You can AoE stun trash w/ Skarn's (throwing Wisp in there too), and still have decent single-target dps w/ Wisp + Soul Beam. The latter powers could be changed around a bit if you want to have more survival or more dps, but you do have 2 Active Defenses, 2 self-heals, and a self-res as backup already. Gears mostly for Int, w/ some Con and Dex.
