"Focus" like power?

Hey Guys

In XCOM 2 WOTC, the Templars have a passive called "Focus" (Gain Focus during missions, increasing stats, damage, and ability effectiveness. Focus can be spent on powerful abilities)

So I was Just wondering but is there a power in CO that allows you to gain "Focus" upon "Killing" or doing certain procs or actions, that boost your damage even more?, or boosts your HP or how fast you can run, etc?.


I'm sure there are a few out there

    Not really any direct analogues to that in CO that I know of, though I guess toggle/forms are the closest thing you'll get that are good. Could also consider stacking mechanics that can be 'ruptured' like Ego Leech to be similar, I guess. Energy Storm also kinda does the stack buff + release thing, but its not a great power atm.

    Most of them? Save for IDF, they all give you a stacking buff for satisfying their proc conditions.
