Starting a separate topic from the main one because these powers have already been revised and thus won't get revisited again for a while, yet some of the bugs and issues are worth looking into.

Pyre Patches
Pyre patches dissapear when target dies, with the exception of Strafing Run's Pyre Patch (confirmation required if this is intentional or not)
Fire Snake
Fiery Path Adv
Fire Snake will sometimes follow other players, pets or sidekicks instead of you.
Warmth
The power is ignoring the "Assist Target on Attack" function
Thermal Reverberation
The EU procs from other people's Clinging Flames, even proccing if you are in a vehicle.
Flame Prison
Engulfing Flame adv
The debuff stacks up to 4 times instead of 3 (Unsure if this is just a visual bug or if it actually stacks an additional stack of debuff)
Fiery Form
Fiery Light debuff
Hovertext incorrectly displays as debuffing Crushing and Piercing resistance when it should display Fire Damage buff.
ELECTRICITY
Electrical Current
Bad Wiring Adv
Target being affected by Negative Ion does not guarantee a Stun
Ball Lightning
-Does not apply Negative Ions to objects
-Can't be block canceled at any point
Chain Lightning
The power is not applying Negative Ions when Energy is above 90%
POWER ARMOR
Micro Munition
Disables the use of AO/AD when used in combination with another toggle (should be the other way around, using an AO/AD temporarily disables toggles)
Dual Wrist Rocket Barrage
Does not obey PA's targetting arc for toggles
MUNITIONS
Two Gun Mojo, Assault Rifle and Sniper Rifle
None of these powers are proccing the Surprise Attack spec from the Avenger Tree, despite being single target (AoE only if adv is taken).
Showdown
The power goes into cooldown if you tap the power or interrupt the charge portion at any point.
Frag Grenade
Open Wound adv
Power does not refresh Open Wound timer if used before it expires.
RESOLVED Advantage description now informs that Open Wound does not refresh
LASER SWORD
UNARMED
Open Palm Strike
Force Collapse adv
The advantage does not refresh Devoid if the target is already affected by it, contrary to other powers that apply and refresh a debuff if the target is already affected by it
Burning Chi Fist
Righteous Fury adv
The advantage seems to be partially or not affected by defense penetration bonuses (Night Warrior and DUC, might be others too)
TELEKINESIS
Ego Leech
Does not proc Upper Hand from the Warden Spec Tree
Telekinetic Eruption
Enhanced Form adv
Does not refresh Aegis if currently affected by it
Ego Blade Annihilation
Mental Acuity adv
The advantage seems to be partially or not affected by defense penetration bonuses (Night Warrior and DUC, might be others too)
HEAVY WEAPONS
Arc of Ruin
This power is unable to hit other objects until hit by another power first
Eruption
Eruption only hits objects as single target until they are damage by some other power
BESTIAL SUPERNATURAL
Eviscerate, Bite
These powers have a 1-4 second delay when refreshing Bleeds, potentially causing Bleed stacks to fall off.
Thrash
Since the Bleed mechanic overhaul, the power heals as if only one (1) stack of Bleed were present regardless of how many stacks target has.
INFERNAL SUPERNATURAL
Infernal Blast, Bite w/Rabies Adv
These powers have a 1-4 second delay when refreshing Poison, potentially causing Poison stacks to fall off.
Debilitating Poison
The debuff is tagged as a Curse, but does not trigger the Conjuring EU from Sorcery tree. However, it does trigger Spellcaster form.
ARCANE SORCERY
Aura of Radiant Protection
On rare occasions when two different ranks, or a support and hybrid version of AoRP are present, Block does not apply it's defense resistance layer.

Typo: Fire -> Fire Aura -> Fiery Light The hovertext of the buff icon states wrong information.
It buffs fire damage while the hovertext states "Crushing and Piercing resistance debuff"
Thinking about it, Fire has a lot of unsolved bugs since it got revamped, YIKES
Infernal -> Debilitating Poison the debuff is also tagged as a Curse but it doesn't trigger the Conjuring EU from Sorcery.
However it does trigger the Spellcaster toggle without a problem
Updoot Open Wound adv as Resolved since the advantage description now properly informs that it does not refresh.

I would not say this is "rare". From all the screaming, it seems to be pretty common.
