    No.

If it slots then you need to make sure you have powers that it works with.

    Wishful thinking, huh?

If its all Might attacks, then you'd want the Ripper's Rage mod instead.

It is the fact it is slotted and reads as functioning. As a Behe IS a Martial artist (boxer) open hand and no weapons, why not? It's like I can't put a Takofane's or Jack's Blade in but I can put in a Left Eye of the Ruby Dragon....

Martial Arts is defined by the category name.

The utility mods each specify a power set and "attack" powers. "Martial Arts" is a power framework, and so is "Might". Behemoth uses mostly Might powers, so you need a Ripper's Rage mod to get a benefit.

You certainly can slot an mod that fits, but it won't do anything unless you use powers that belong to that mod's set.

    Not quite.

Behemoth is a Might based Archetype, so by definition, all it's attacks which would be buffed by such a modification would be buffed by "Ripper's Rage" modification.

Utility Mods work to buff specific powers from certain sets. Don't be fooled by it's name.

    So it works as below:

Electricity – Right Eye of the Sapphire Dragon

    Fire – Qwijibo’s Fury

    Force - None

    Wind - None

    Ice – Kigatilik’s Wrath

    Archery - None

    Gadgeteering – Teleios’s Gadget

    Munitions – ASCII’s Precision

    Power Armor – Clarence’s Machinery

    Laser Sword – Cybermind’s Impression

    Dual Blades – Dragon’s Fangs

    Fighting Claws – Nighthawk’s Talons

Single Blade – Jack Fool’s Blade

Unarmed – Left Eye of the Ruby Dragon

    Telekinesis – Medusa’s Presence

    Telepathy - None

    Heavy Weapon – Ironclad’s Willpower

    Earth - None

    Might – Ripper’s Rage

    Celestial - None

    Darkness – Shadow Destroyer’s Contempt

    Sorcery – Spell of Takofanes

    Infernal - Venomous

    Bestial – Teleiosaurs’s Rage

If your energy management is otherwise not a problem and you have attacks from a couple power sets (say Might and Unarmed MA) you could slot a mod that boosts each of them (Ripper and Left Eye). Stacking 2 of the same mod (e.g. 2 x R6 Ripper mods) is not additive.
