Easy Question - Chat

A easy question, that I cannot seem find the answer too. For new players (free accounts) how is the chat lock - zone, whisper, etc.?

    New players (which shouldn’t apply to you) are locked out of zone only (I believe) for 24-48 hours. I am unsure the exact time frame.

    Little bit of unconfirmed info for ya...but I do know there is a slight lock

    I know I cannot use Zone, whisper, etc. every time I do it says I cannot? Until my new player status is gone, or something to that affect. I am at work so I cannot check it.

    You can add a friend and message I think....I believe there was some way around it..like mAybe team up
