I want to do a steampunk themed build. I do have the steampunk guns so I would like to use mostly stuff from the Munitions powerset. I did create a rough draft of what I'm kind of going for. Let me know if there is anything I should change.

Intelligence Mastery (1/1)I'm actually unsure if I should go with Aura of Primal Majesty with Int/Con/Dex or Invulnerability with Con/Rec/Dex. Also I don't know if I should add any powers from PA or not. I will be playing in either hybrid mode or tank. I haven't decided yet. I know if I use Aura of Primal Majesty then it would have to be in hybrid since I won't be doing any support. I would like to use either Submachinegun Burst or Bullet Hail with the adv Wall of Bullets that way it can resemble being bullet proof. I would like to be as survivable as possible while still doing some decent damage. I will be doing mostly Alerts. Let me know what you all think. Thank you.

I'd prob just make it a pure Muni build, to make it more efficient overall. If you want decent survival w/ decent dmg then just use a defensive passive in Hybrid role, and include a fitting debuff like Armor Piercing and maybe an AO or an ult:

2 self-heals in Conviction and Mini Mines, ranked block, and 2 ADs + defensive passive, Con SS, and the right specs should make you quite sturdy for a dps. TGM also gives you Willpower heals via Furious, and SMG has a dmg shield. Gears mostly for Ego, w/ some Con and Dex (or Rec if you need more energy).
