Loss of XP boosts and others

When I'm riding around on my vehicle I don't get my XP boosts. I have to jump off, get my mishes turned in, then wait as the cool down finishes, then get back on my vehicle.

This is silly. I understand that you might want to block abilities which are not related to the combat such as a buff for yourself. However, removing the XP boost is just plain silly

    A vehicle isn't "you" for most purposes, it's a fancy transform.

    For the most part, with a certain setup, vehicle are pretty much one of the best power leveling device in the game. That alone is a good reason why this isn't a thing.

    Your statement is a fallacy. The XP bonus isn't being disabled completely, it's disabled while you are using the vehicle. If you exit the vehicle then turn in your mission, you get the bonus.

    The key word here you miss here is power leveling. In other words, leveling the fastest way possible and that is by killing large amount of mobs at the fastest way possible, and it really good at that. I'm already aware about exiting the vehicle to get the xp boost and turning in the quest reward.

    No reason for the boost to not work when we have insta-level. It’s a design flaw and I doubt was intended.

    But vehicle will only get nerf, nothing fixed or improved

    Any boosts related to gear is removed while in a vehicle, because vehicles disable your gear. There's nothing targeted about it, that's just the way vehicles function. Temporary boosts work normally in a vehicle.
