Streets and building parts in westside pure black?!

Some street and building section in westside are pure black to me just recently. Any ideas why?

    Could be your graphics not rendering

    That's because you've choosen to render the game in DirectX11 instead of DirectX9. You can chage that in Troubleshooting section of the settings window.
