Power Armor Build (for my Celestrial Character) - need help

-First off I'm using powers from the Power Armor Powers for most of this since it fits the theme of the build.

-Second, I'm not planning on using all the powers I've currently got in the build, these are the powers that fit the theme and I'm trying to figure out witch ones would work the best.

-Third, I'm not sure what stats to go after. Currently on live server I have Con/Int/Rec, or should I use some others like Int/Ego/End, or Ego/Int/End. I have been trying end in test server to keep up more then one toggle at a time up. I don't have a lot of experience playing the power armor builds so I'm trying to figure out a good rotation for powers also.

    I guess its okay segregating PA from other powers by using PA for single target and a non-PA attack for AoE, though you still have to deal w/ a delay when switching from single-target back to AoE.

    Eye Beam + Concussor Beam can be used for single target (w/ Recon Circuits as a heal), while Vengeance is for AoE (using Conviction as a heal). Last 2-3 power can be w/e. Hopefully you have enough in energy stats to not need CoAP for 2 PA toggles, but you can always add that in. Gears mostly for Ego, w/ some End and Rec.
