Just curious as to why it hasn't shown up, yet. I usually get on the 2nd or 3rd of the month. And it's still not arrived. Posted a ticket, but have heard nothing. Anyone who can help with this?

Yes, this is always the first step, but here I was posting to see if anyone else is having this problem again. I got my stipend last month when others had issues but I haven't heard if anyone else is having issues again this month. I should have been more clear.
Yes. As I told others in game, they contacted the support and got it within 3-5 hours, since alot of people have this problem. It's something with the sub page stuff or something, can't remember.

Well this is why I posted in this thread, I didn't even notice, and so I'm sure there might be other people in my situation. I contacted CS last night and have my stipend as of 2PM today. If there's nothing good in the store I don't even bother checking. I suspect others might be in the same position so this is why I was posting in this thread: to remind others to check.
I have to say thanks to @guyhumual for bumping this thread. The timely bump made me look into my Zen total and I came to the realisation that I hadn't received my last stipend either (about a week late). It's the first time it's happened to me.
I contacted support and they manually credited me with my stipend rather quickly, so a big thanks to them also
Glad to help, it didn't happen to me last time but I figured I probably wasn't the only one as the OP found out they weren't the only one when they originally posted this last month.

I apologize for any confusion, however your Zen has been sent on a regular basis. It has only been the month of January where a bug occurred for you as well as others. AS you can see below Zen have been sent regularly.

I think what irritates me the most was Navi telling me to 'have a good day' when the thing I was depending on for having that 'good day' in game was conspicuously absent, with no prospect for arrival. I also received a satisfaction poll as if to rub salt into the wound. Am I supposed to be happy with this? Zen is digital for pete's sake! Ones and zeroes! Make more!
In a word, NO. Nor did he give any encouragement that this would be resolved quickly either. I'm supposed to be happy and satisfied with this conclusion? It's almost as if, when the insurance company discovers that your house has burnt down, declares yes it did, and upon this realisation instead sends you a declaration that yes indeed your house has burnt down as this that is enough for them to acknowledge that it has, but they aren't about to compensate you for your loss, despite it being their job to.

Sorry to hear this. I sent my request for this to be looked at by email , for some reason I find I get better customer service from PW using this method. I sent my request via support_perfectworld@mailmw.custhelp.com and it was acted upon and I received an email via customerservice@perfectworld.com only 2 and a half hours later from a very nice GM called Jannora.
Well that's bad news amii85, I sent my request through the website customer service links and apparently Navi was the one that looked into it and the one who I assume sent me my missing stipend. If you're still missing your stipend from January maybe send the request in again? It might be a case of them forgetting to click a button or something?
