DUC r3 Mods

Since everything is getting r3-fied can DUC's get this same treatment maybe? I don't know how much the droprate was nerfed when Harmon was revised, but currently I see easy 10 people per day offering exorbitant prices for 1 DUC and coming out empty handed by the end of the day.

Have it be something like:

r3: 5% Defense Penetration
r4: 6% Defense Penetration
r5: 7.5% Defense Penetration
r6: 9% Defense Penetration
r7: 11% Defense Penetration
r8: 13% Defense Penetration
r9: 15% Defense Penetration

What does the community think?

As long as the existing DUC aren't turned into garbage, sure. Was the drop rate lowered? I mean the things were selling for over 2k globals before. A decrease in drop rate was not needed.

I'd like to see this, but I also liked Kamo's suggestion in the PTS thread for something to do with DUC. Anyway, yes...it would be very good to have something like this in place!

Hm. Could be something like how damage mods work -- 1.5% x (rank+1).

Ah thanks! The suggestion was to have damage-type specific DUCs, like the new threat mods, that scaled to just slightly higher levels than the current DUC.

These damage type specific DUCs could then drop in more varied locations than alerts.....events, TA, Cosmics, etc.
