Champions Online game from Walmart.com

Howdy, folks. I got a Champions Online game set from Walmart. I've heard that I will need to contact customer support or GM Navi to use it. Has anyone here done this recently?

    I have a Best Buy code that I haven't been able to activate. I've been talking to CS about it for about the last month, haven't gotten past form "try again later" responses yet.

    Several retailers had different exclusives tied to their keys. Some had costumes, others has action figures, others had devices. I know Best Buy had a Grond action figure.

    I think all of the retail boxes also come with 500z.

    The Walmart pack comes with one month sub plus 1000 Z.
    Getting it for a friend to try out the game.
