Cosmic and PVP ranged DPS build request

I'm in a tough situation.
I have decided that i wanna go ranged after all,but i'm not that good at making builds.
I looked over the guides,but nothing.
So i want some help regarding this build.
I don't have a theme coming through my head,but i think i want my ultimate to be Gravity Surge.
I want it just to be good for both cosmics and pvp.
P.S: got heroic primary gear (almost got the first justice piece),vigilante's gear as secondary (with one determination piece).Don't care if i have to change the mods in them, i just want to make a great build.

    I can't help you too much in the pvp aspect, aside from more basic stuff like NttG advs, ADs, AOs for break free and burst, etc.

    As far as cosmic dps: since you left the theme and powers very open, then you may want to just read Kamo's sticky here and pick a powerset that fits your fancy- since most of them can be made into strong dps builds atm.

    (though I guess just to add: due to power slot and adv limits, you prob won't be able to fully optimize a build for cosmic dps and still have all the tools/survival for optimal pvp; you can be pretty solid in both aspects, though).

    Yeah i think i will stay to a more pve build first,until i get my gear all set and then i will try a more pvp build.
    Thx for the advice. I will leave any progress here so you can evaluate it.

    I tried to make a void-force hybrid based on a template of Kamo.

    Force is one of the harder ones to build around atm, just cause of the high energy demands of FC. But some of the basic issues w/ that build is that FC disables energy forms (which your passive is here), and the passive doesn't boost Crushing dmg anyways. I may consider just making a Darkness dps build for pve for now, since Force has yet to be revamped:

    SEmbrace is mostly fro AoE. Soul Vortex and apply and refresh Fear, while taps of SBlast can put up Devoid. Otherwise your main single target attack is ERuin, and Summon Shadows can help w/ dps a bit. Gears mostly for Ego and some Con.

    Ok i can see why it was hard to make a hybird like that.
    I will try the build when i get my next retcon.
