Can be as low as 400 G or as high as 500 G, depends if you need to literally go to the beginning, also depends if you have spent every single advantage point and travel power (some of my toons have 1 point left, or only take 1 travel power).
Also depends on how many 1 point and 3 point advantages your powers have. On toons with lots of 1 pointers, the cost is higher, and on toons with many 3 pointers, the cost is lower.
It will depend on how much you've invested and how far back you want to go. On a typical character with every advantage point invested and every power choice filled up, yeah it will be around 500g~600g to go back to square one, not including the flat 50g to clear out talents and specializations.
If you're doing a partial retcon, just keep in mind that the first few powers/advantages you start removing will be around 1~2g per power, then quickly ramp up to 15g or so around the middle, going all the way up to 25g or so to be able to remove powers near the end of a full retcon. The farther back you go, the more expensive it becomes.

Whoever you are, be that person one hundred percent. Don't compromise on your identity.
