Heavy Weapons/Darkness build (maybe some fire?)

Hi there. Haven't played this character for a while so his build is quite out of date, he still deals a lot of damage but feels very weak considering health and stats. Any ways to improve this guy would be great, I'd love to maybe try including some fire powers and swapping out MSA for thermal reverberation (although I don't have any energy issues so that would be purely a thematic change).

The build can work as is, though Ego Surge w/ NM was nerfed (may use Aggressor instead for Enrage and UR), and I prob wouldn't use BCR w/o dodge boosts and/or MD (unless you are fine w/ the dmg penalty). Also, Annihilate's optimal dmg now is w/ Scorching Blade and CF, though it can still be okay w/o that and w/ R3.
