Night Warrior PA build plausible?

I am just beginning to think about this so not worked up a build yet. I am thinking dps. Thinking INT or EGO PSS and then CON and END or CON and REC for SSS. Thinking a hunter/seeker robot. Thank you in advance for any advise/builds posted for this

    NW can be used well for any dps build, technically. If the stealth-related powers don't jive w/ the theme then you can always drag them off of ur hotbar and never use them.

    Just take any PA dps build you've seen and replace its passive w/ NW. For example:

    Suggested Revision to above build: Take U-238 Rounds advantage on Mini Gun instead of Rank 3, as this gives you access to the set debuff.

    thanks for the suggestion. I meant to add the debuff adv, but made it R3 by mistake. Will edit the build for that.
