title says it all, basically...i know both tyrannon and aratron are PnP characters that haven't made it into CO aside from their names being attached to powers
is it the same case with Poz, and if so, who/what is s/he/it?

BTW while Tyrannon is unique to the Champions Universe, Aratron is actually a named devil from traditional Western grimoire demonology, astrologically associated with the planet Saturn. He has been mentioned in Champions sources, and got a write-up for a previous edition of the setting, but hasn't yet appeared in the current one.
I take this quote from a review that I agree with.
