Dual Pistols centered around Dex/Dodge

I have noticed many of the builds regarding Dual Pistols are centered on using Targeting Computer as the AO, are Dual Pistol "Dodge" builds viable using Composure? I remember around a year or 2 ago, many 2-gun builds were centered on Dodge.

What you may notice, at least to some extent, power sets (with the exception of Telekinesis) seem to be falling back on their recommended old stats.

You can still use EGO and Conc for Munitions, but DEX & Sharpshooter works as well for Munitions, you can easily pair that up with LR or Composure for reliance more on dodge/avoid.

Also, Targeting Computer cannot be used as an Active Offensive. It is a slotted passive.

My bad, just messed up the terms... Yes.

NP, thought as much, though I stated it just to be sure.

I am actually considering going Composure and DEX PSS for my munitions build, but I'm kind of iffy on it right now. I may just try it out on the PTS and see what happens.

I have 2 already, but haven't run a Dex-based gun build since back around 2013 when I was way more active.

I use to run dex and I realized that with all my dodge and avoid...i just wasn’t putting out the dps.

When I switched to Ego and suffered all that dex my survivability was about the same and now I do much more dps.

But I wouldn’t mind testing out the comparison of Ego vs Dex

Going Dex PSS for the dodge/avoid stuff isn't really worth it to me. Esp since you give up Deadly Aim and Expose Weakness for it. Ego PSS can give a decent defense boost while still not having you give up some dps-related options, while normal Dex PSS builds are strong for dps, even if not as good for survival.

BCR/RR is really good for dodge-builds, but at the same time it lowers dps, and dodge/avoid gearing comes at the cost of not having more maxHP or defense. Its also just cause dodge building for non-tanks is a bit iffy if ur not taking smaller hits constantly, since its more rng based.

Composure can be fine for Bullet Ballet builds (or maybe the odd Chainsaw build), but for Ranged Tech builds there's a large opportunity cost in skipping Targeting Comp for dps. It can still work fine w/ Composure, but I wouldn't say its ideal.
