  There's no slotted passive here, unless you meant to get PFF over PF? If so, I may rank up Field Surge, and maybe get Masterful Dodge over Resurgence. Mind Break also isn't adding much to the build atm. I may get Mental Leech or Shadow of Doubt if you want a TP power that has some extra utility. Or maybe add an AoE CC power like Ego Storm. TKA also is a bit redundant and doesn't really jive w/ the rest of the build mechanically (no Ego Leech stacks, won't work w/ the EU).
  
  Just like w/ the Darkness variant, may be nice to sort out what attacks you want for single target, AoE, utility, etc, to maybe make the build a bit more cohesive.

  Mind Break is more for the theme of a psionic gunner with its 100 foot range
  
  ego storm is a PBAoE, she doesn't want things up in her face
  
  no ego leech? TK Wave creates stacks, well according to the tool tip anyways

  Yea, you do have TK Wave, though its kinda not a practical way to get ELeech, imo- esp if its scattering enemies. Still, TKA is a bit redundant and doesn't work as well here mechanically.
  
  If you wanted to more seamlessly meld in TK powers, you could change Mind Break to Ego Blast (so you aren't rupturing other player's TP effects) and maybe use Avenger spec w/ Relentless Assault and Avenger Mastery- w/ AvM procs used on the blast between Muni's maintains. Up to you what Muni powers you want to stick to, though.

  Con SS isn't strictly needed w/ PFF builds, so if you want you can trade that w/ Dex SS for more dps, though you'll have less maxHP if PFF gets depletes. Mental Storm can add more Mentalist flavor and also debuffs Stress for Ego Blast's dmg. This build won't be using the Ego Leech mechanic. Vindicator also pairs pretty well w/ Avenger's RA. Gears mostly for Ego, w/ some Rec and Con_Dex.
