need help in a concept build

the 2 powersets don't synergize well which leads me coming up blank in trying to build the concept. the 2 powersets is electric and single blade, the concept is an electric samurai.

I'm not a fan of the electric revamp, but looking for electric as the prime power and single blade as the seconary with ES as an integral power

    NW won't work, that's more of a ninja ability and Samurai view stealthy/sneaky tactics dishonorable

    and u left out the one power I said was integral, that being Electric Storm oh, I sad ES when meant LS... my bad

    You can always drag the Sneak-related stuff of ur ability bar and never use it (then you can also pass on Silent Running). I more took NW for the general dmg bonus and -resist boost, since they apply to all powersets.

    I thought by 'ES' you meant Elec Siphon. Honestly there's not too much reason to have Lighting Storm if you already have Sparkstorm's AoE, but I guess its fine if you want a ranged attack.
