So I haven't played much in a few years, and I'm not really sure how to retcon my character. My might/force build was still ok, but I HAD to retcon cause my form was gone, so I decided to ditch all that knockback.
Only advice I got in game so far was go for STR/con/int to use juggernaut. That seems counterintuitive to me, also, the spec options for STR are really not ideal for a range character.
Then I decided maybe I should go with a melee/range build again, but I'm really not sure what powers I should pick, for a MA/electric character.
I keep getting stuck on what superstats, and what powers are actually good now. I used to be able to just sit in the power house and math up some good stuff now I feel so lost, any help would be appreciated!

Last 1-2 powers can be something diff, if you want. Gears mostly for Con, w/ some End. Dex SS boosts ur crit a bit more for Adren Rush (and for dps/tps).

The only extra attacks I put in there are the ult and Elec Siphon - more for their utility than anything (extra self-heal; extra threat + burst dmg + CC).

I know you said punches, but TKicks does have a nice dodge buff. It can be replaced, though, if you really want; I suppose w/ invis weapons you could use Viper's Fangs for Shredded, or 100Hands (will have to re-order the powers then). Main attack here for ST dps would be DU (w/ Challenge adv- not in the builder). Ball Lit can help apply NI for Elec Siphon, and to help proc MSA. Gears mostly for Con, w/ some Dex and Int.
