Advantage points

Why do we only get one advantage point every time we level up? I may be wrong but didn't it use to be 2 points every level? It's like your almost forced to respec every so often to have all your points so you can distribute them properly on ranks and advantages.

    Almost all levels are 1 point. A few are not.

    You can save points. Sometimes, I save up four points, so that when I get a new power, it can immediately be R3.

    It's like eating candy. You don't eat all at the same time. You save the bad to last.

    Nothing says you have to spend the point as soon as you get it. If the next thing you want costs 2, wait until next level.

    I soloed (?) my first two toons to 40 w/o spending any AP and did well enough. No idea how long it took since I play when I can. When the 2nd hit 40, I spent all the points on both and and pleased with the difference, but not impressed.
