Can't test, been lifetime since Beta

Title says it all, I can't copy my toon over to test, it tells me I need to be a subscriber.
I don't duel anymore since the level 6 hit my level 8 for 15k in one shot instantly

    Current maximum characters is 8 on PTS. If you have 8 or more already there, it won't let you copy anyone else until you are less than 8 characters.​​

    This seems to be a different problem, where the website doesn't detects the type of subscription the user has or something like that.

    @kaizerin, maybe you can tell us what the problem could be? Thank you!
