PTS transfer not working

Been getting this message in trying to transfer my characters:

"Please try again! There was an issue with completing your transfer request. If the issue persists, please look for assistance from our community on the forums!"

Hope this would be resolved soon. Thank you for taking time to read this.

    I have transferred several same characters to the pts, my total characters there is 58.

    This is what devs said in another thread:
    "There's currently an issue with character copy and having too many characters on PTS. For now the solution is to delete characters from your PTS roster (keep it under 8). That should address the issue.​​"
