Cannot Subscribe

I looked everywhere for a solution and didn't find it, and what I did find on this forum did not answer my question or solve my problem

I want to sub for Champions Online. Either it keeps saying I have entered the wrong username/password or it says I need to enable cookies. First, I have tried "very carefully" at least a dozen times to login and I made sure I have cookies enabled. Problem is, I still get these two error messages that I mentioned a second ago.

Can someone please help me?

    I'm also having this issue. I even changed my password twice, just to verify that I was putting in the correct one. I also have a permanent exception for allowing cookies on the log in site, just to be sure. I'm hoping to purchase the lifetime subscription.

    it's subscription optional, which means it's F2P but you can subscribe for extras, like more character slots
    when logging into your account, you need to be using your game login, not your forum name.
    check any security ware you have and make sure ARC has permission to access.
    typeout your name and password on notepad and copy them over.
    when you go to the manage subscriptions menu,
    Picture,
    my account,
    manage subscriptions.
    you will also get a captha check. if you hit enter before putting that in , you'll get the wrong password message, despite being correct.​​

    I'm having a similar problem. I've opened a ticket and got a false answer.
    I wrote:

    Still no word from Cryptic? Maybe we need to mass email them about this issue since they aren't taking any action at an individual level or start some sort of petition?

    Most likely even they don't know how things function any more, because of the multiple merges/switches/whatnots.

    I know. All I really need is my Cryptic/CO password reset... that's all! Then they just send me an email containing the new password and I'm in.

    *Sigh* I'm done trying. If Cryptic/Arc/whatever company controls the money made my CO wants my money, they'll fix it soon. If they don't, then I'm done playing.

  • use your email address to sign up, I had the same problem as you and I tried logging in with my email address and it worked

    logins before ARC were, words you decided on.
    ARC created accts, you have to use your email address.​​

    I am having an issue subscribing also. When I go to the "Subscribe Now" or "Manage Subscription" links it attempts to load for a few moments before giving me a "timed out" or "web page can't be reached" error. I have no errors getting anywhere else on the website. Is anyone aware of an issue with these links or another way I can subscribe perhaps?

    I have the exact same problem. I have no problem accessing the game but it will not let me subscribe. I keep getting the message telling me one-time code has been sent to my e-mail... except I never received said e-mail. I play STO and Neverwinter and I never had a similar problem with those games. Help!
