Weekly anniversary travel power store

Just to warn people, beware before buying things.
Lost 1500 anniversary currencies total on two different characters, trying to buy the cape glide travel power from the anniversary store. My anniversary currencies are gone, but the travel power is still locked. Sent 2 tickets about that problem.
As far as i know, the problem only concerns "Cape slide travel power". I successfully bought "Phoenix flight" and "Hover disk" sooner and they unlocked correctly.

Thanks for the heads up, i was planning to get Cape Glide for completion sake, I would totally freak out to realized i lost so many tokens

from my side I unlocked Distortion Super Speed, Fire Flight Unlock and Shadow Wings, those unlocks worked fine without a problem and they are safe to get

I attempted to purchase Distortion Acrobatics, got nothing but lost event currency. has this been acknowledged or is it being worked on?

Can confirm Cape Glide isn't unlocking, please contact support regarding that.

Distortion Acrobatics ( and the rest of the travel powers) are unlocking fine on my end though, have you tried relogging and checking?

Sent 2 tickets about that problem. Not answered yet, but i think it's normal considering the amount of tickets support have to take care of.

Do you think we can expect a currency refund ? Perfection should be to have my tp unlock and 750 refunded since i tried to buy it twice

Ok, nailed it down. Distortion [and Displacement] Acrobatics and athletics are unlocking fine but the powers window won't show it as unlocked properly until a character has actually taken one of them.

test by creating a new alt and skipping tutotrial, and immediately taking one of the travels at lvl 6.

tested a second time with an existing older low level neglected alt, by taking it into the Power house. both distortion acrobatics and athletics were showing as locked, yet it let me take one, an use it, and from then on the one I tried first [Distortion Athletics] showed as unlocked and acrobatics showed as locked. I immediately retconed to acrobatics version and it now showed both powers unlocked properly.

RESULT;
Distortion Acrobatics and Athletics are indeed unlocking properly [so far] but the All Powers window display doesn't show it properly until a particular character actually TAKES the powers.

Ugh. Ran into this myself, found this thread -after- I'd already spent the 750 tokens. (Though at least I didn't spend that twice...)

Have submitted an in-game help ticket; we'll see how that goes.

Wish I know this sooner. Just wasted by sweat earned favor in the Cape Glide. Can I get 750 pts back? Please?
Or at least unlock it to my acc.

Here's my experience. I tried to purchase Cape Glide, I received a message that said Cape Glide was unlocked, but when I tried to give a new toon that power it was still locked. However, I realized that I suddenly had Frost Speed unlocked, which I'm 100% sure is something I didn't do on purpose (I didn't even know Frost Speed existed). You guys might wanna check that you didn't get an entirely different power unlocked in the place of Cape Glide.

Anyway, I submitted a ticket but when I check on my list, I see no tickets at all. I don't know if that particular thing worked.

Well, just my luck. I received an e-mail with the response to my ticket:

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us. I am sorry to hear about this. I do in fact know there is a bug. Those that have the item can get that corrected. At this time you should have the unlock. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask. Take care and have a great day!

Here's the thing, though: I still don't have it. I triple checked (Zen Store, Anniversary Store and Powerhouse), it's still locked. Has anyone else received a reply? Has it been solved for anyone?

Same thing, got the email that I understood as problem solved, but nope. Still no Cape Glide. I even checked the mail of the toon that got the unlock, but nothing there.

Sent a reply about this and was told to send a screenshot. I sent three different ones, one for each place where you can see it's still locked. Now awaiting a response.

I also got a reply, but cape glide is still locked. I did notice that I have frost speed now, strange.

You know what, I think the Cape Glide option is indeed unlocking Frost Speed. I forgot to check for it the first time was mentioned here, but I also have this TP unlocked. And from what I remember, I didn't had before.
Oh well, not what I target for, but is interesting to have anyway.

I just found out that it doesn't show me as having bought cape glide thought I bought it on Monday. I created a temp character and I also have frost speed unlocked. I have never gottenit.

So, I guess this is the problem. The thing is unlocking the wrong power and that's why it's shown as unlocked to the devs. I hope they check this thread out and take notice. I mean, nothing against Frost Speed, but it's not what I wanted. I'm still awaiting my response.

Thank you so much for your patience. After this mornings patch you "should" Be able to claim the cap glide now. If you have any trouble, update this ticket and I can take care of you.

And what do you know? I still don't have it. The thing is that the reply says that I should be able to "claim" it. What I didn't understand at first was how was I supposed to do that. Travel powers are gone from the Anniversary Store. If I tried to buy it from either the Z-Store or the Powerhouse I was asked to make a regular purchase with Zen. I didn't see any extra option or have an extra item, and I checked all my alts (the Silver ones anyway), the hideout account and the bank. I couldn't see a way...

... until I checked the Z-Store again and notice a little message that said "You have coupons available". "Finally, this has to be it!", I thought. But when I click on the button, it only says "No Coupon". I tried this, again, with all my Silver alts. So either there's still an error or they decided to give the coupon to one of my Gold alts (I don't even know if this is possible, but perhaps coupons aren't necessarily account-wide), which means I can't unlock the power without subscribing.

And yeah, I know subscribing is a good deal and all, and I do it every once in a while, but this is still an issue. I don't want to wait until I can subscribe again just to see if maybe I can then get the unlock, so I sent another update to the ticket. Anyone here has had any more luck than me?

Navi just manually unlocked it for me, so mega props for that!

The coupon thing is a complety unrelated bug

I bought the cape glide power, and still don't have it unlocked.

My roommate also bought it, and has not had it fixed either.
