Unable to redeem code, try again later

Thanks for the stuff, CRYPTIC. Now, when can I redeem it?

    Per customer service:

    If it says ‘Try Again Later’ there may be a connectivity issue. Try clearing cookies and cache, and if that doesn't work you may also want to try another web browser.​​

    I take it the code doesn't actually do anything until the Anniversary event begins? I successfully redeemed the code, but received nothing when I logged in.

    Still not working for me. I'm going through IE. I'm not adding another browser just to open something that won't open in the most used browser in the world. Other bonuses have worked in the past, this is a 4 caricature Silver account. Obviously I've been around a while. Even have the free Freeform slot.

    Just to note, IE's not the most used browser because it's good, it's because it's bundled with Microsoft products. It's actually kind of crappy compared to other browsers. Just a heads up. ;)

    If you ahve win10 you have edge which is still a far superior browser to IE. Google Chrome is nice, though it has memory leak issues. Firefox, eh, people just stick with it but it's only a hair up from IE to me.
    Champions Online player since September of 2008, forumite since February of 2008.

    Oh this... Kaiserin, I and a bunch of other players never got any code. I've checked all my email folders several times and no luck.

    Uh, I would like to know some details about this code too. Are we supposed to get it in the e-mail we registered our accounts on? Or are we supposed to get it in the in-game e-mail?

    Well, I've checked my e-mails and don't think I had anything from Arc or Cryptic. So...what gives? What's the code? What's it supposed to do? Where do we enter it?

    I demand to know of this Code. I'm a dogdamn Lifetimer.
    I carry the hard earned titles of Champion, Vanguard, Party On Dudes! and Pouches. That atleast has to count for something.

    Maybe lifetimers don't get the code because we've already given CO all the money we ever will and thus we don't need to be patronized further. XD

    Alright, in all seriousness, I contacted customer service, and apparently, anyone who didn't receive a code wasn't meant to, because codes were only sent to those who "met a specific login criteria", though they refused to specify exactly what that criteria was. I'm not sure quite how to interpret that...

    As far as I know it gave a set of Heirloom gear and some costume change tokens.

    @nique554, was there more to that? Seems like they were saying there was a different rewards set for someone with a level 40 character.

    So...the criteria was to have a character between the levels of 1-39? :/

    if that was the only criteria, i should've gotten one as i have a character still below 40​​

    It did say that each day you log in during the event there will be prizes to claim. Oh, and something about a week of events, giveaways, and sales.

    I take it from that it's only for people who have not gotten a character to 40 ("...based on the max level that any of your characters have achieved...").

    Apparently this email/code is only for players who haven't logged in for a long time..... an incentive to get them to return to CO.

    Guys, this giveaway has nothing to do with PTS/silver accounts/people who haven't logged in for a while. The only requirement is that NONE of your characters have reached level 40.

    Have you checked your emails on whatever email account that old account is linked with?

    That's the procedure for it.... email with code>redeem code>get stuff on bonus tab in Z store.

    It doesn't matter if that account had a level 7, if it also had a level 40 you won't get the code. You need zero level 40s on an account to get the email.
