Toggle PA help

I want to make a build centered around Concussor Beam and Eye Beam toggles, but a good PA build has always been a bridge too far for me. The concept is basically Doctor Doom minus his magic abilities. I've listed other powers that I think would work below, but otherwise I'm at a total loss. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    You'll want a chest slot. Chest Laser would probably work best for your theme. Also I would swap Conviction out for Reconstruction Circuits - having to interrupt your maintains to use conviction sounds like a drag.

    Conviction is HORRIBLE here, big NO NO for a PA build
    Reconstruction Circuits is already a better theme build for PA due to how stong and restricted is with its own set

    If you want more self heals use Restoration power and/or Bionic shielding

    Go EGO primary and END secondary with some REC from Talents
    EGO primary for Damage, Defensive bonuses and Cost Discount specs
    END because Overdrive fuels for it and PA Needs it

    You may want to add Chest Laser* as Foxi said

    Avianos' edit looks pretty good. You may still have energy issues when running all 3 attack toggles at once, and for that you may want to consider taking CoAP, but that also somewhat depends on gear/stats.

    This build looks great, thank you everyone! Couple questions, are non toggle PA powers still viable? (I really like EW, for example.) And how should I gear, statwise? My guess would be tons of endurance, but PA is new territory for me.

    If you want to use something like EWave for its utility, then go ahead. You can also make a fully non-toggle PA build, but its dps potential isn't very strong vs. toggle-based PA's.

    Question, would it be a good idea to take Accelerated Metabolism for a build like this?

    Accelerated metabolism has an internal cooldown of something like 20s that is shared between all powers that have it, making it pretty marginal in general, but putting it on one power might be slightly useful.

    Here's the build I use on my two PA characters (Revenger and Battlesaurus Wrecks, although I use Double Wrist Rockets, MiniGun and Chest Laser). They are both fully Justice geared and have OV gear for secondaries (Sniper gloves for group stuff and defender for soloing) and have absolutely 0 energy issues due to End SS and Dark Transfusion.

    I am not sure if you are levelling up or not so I didn't really slot the powers in the levels I'd pick them. The build is very durable, even without a spot heal, and puts out respectable DPS. I fill the heal gaps with Necrulitic Elixir and Rejuvenating Formulas from QWZ.

    Also, you'll have 1 extra advantage for whatever (probably just toss it in as accelerated metabolism) that I use for infrared guidance system on Minigun in my build.
