Argent Pistol unlocks for character not account

The Argent Pistol device has a costume unlock. It unlocks only for the character that equipped it rather than account-wide. Other characters on the account will continue to see a blue rather than grey costume icon on the Argent Pistol, indicating that it can provide a new costume despite another character on the account already having done so.

    It's a bug with the item. The costume itself does unlock account-wide, but the item won't register on the same level and will appear unlocked only to the characters that equipped it.​​

    That's... confusing. But nice to know the unlock is account-level even if the icon says otherwise. You'd think with all the other such costume pieces, this wouldn't be a thing... guess not.
