not sure if this is the right forum, but here goes...

does it just happen to me, or is it an ongoing thing for everyone on the forums that each and every single time we log in, it wants a passcode sent to our emails? Not only that, but the email with the security code is always above another email stating new computer requesting access, yet I've been logging into my arcgames account from the same computer since 2013...

    Yes, this is happening for me as well. It keeps saying that it is a new browser when trying to login to the site and trying to contact support just yields a "too many redirects" error in chrome/firefox. Been happening to me since the 20th.
