Portal opening power

This would be a travel power (takes up one of your travel power slots) where you create a stable portal which you can then interact with to teleport to a chosen location on the same map (non combat travel power). Other players could also interact with this portal and teleport through until you use the power again, closing the portals and preparing to create another.

This would be a really cool team friendly power to have.

Zerging issues during Open Missions and Cosmics aside, this competes with those Teleport items from the Z-Store.

Might be better if it became a portable respawn point or such. Prone to exploit though.
