The best way to gain as much Winter Favor as quickly as possible?

Yes, I guess this is a farming question.

Anyway, I have several reward bonus devices and I wonder if this would improve the drop rate of winter favor(winter charms?) during the winter event? Ideally I'd like to tally up 1200 winter favor points to buy two costume items--namely Toy Robot Head and Toy Gadget Head. Any advice on how to grind winter points as efficiently as possible?

    You have life 6 months before you can do that....but if you want Winter Charms fast, you get drifter salvage and be done. but no....that doesn't help with rewards.

    Yes, but I don't think Drifter Salvage will get me access to those two specific costume pieces, right? Or am I wrong about that? Or is there some path to trade drifter salvage or drifter items for winter favor that I'm not aware of?

    Grind Global instead and hope someone have one in their bank to sell.

    Yeah. Check the drifter and he has a tab registering events at like... 5 drifter for 10 event tokens.

    While you're thinking way ahead, the best way to grind favor in any event is to split the purchases among multiple characters; reward currencies generally have diminishing returns so it's easier to get 600 on each of two characters instead of 1200 on one.

    Pretty sure salvage will allow you to buy charm when the event comes around, though.

    Yes, I have been and I'll keep check checking to see if it turns up in auction. Those items are rare and bind on pickup though so I assume someone one would have to be awarded an extra one in a drop during event play to actually be able to sell it. But thanks for the advice!

    Ah! You're right, I never checked that tab. So if I stack up drifter salvage, during the event in question, I can exchange it for event tokens. Good to know thanks!
