Strength Mastery (1/1)The mix of Telekinetic and Heavy Weapons no one asked for. This sleek little number goes great on a cool evening or just out with the girls.
Stack that Ego Leech with Kinetic Darts and then really let it go with TK Lance. Feeling pressured? Put up a fire shield and share the warmth as clinging flames become all the rage. Thermal Reverb means never having to say “where's my power?”
Eruption gets those lazy minions in the air and cleave really gets their attention. Endorphins from Enrage makes it all worth while.
Let your psychic hair down with Mental Leech and stack that heal that will make you belle of the ball when those green number start flowing out.
And finally, Annihilate makes those big dance partners mind their manners. Watch those hands boys!
This combo will have everyone taking notice of you and your psychic powers will let you know just how strange they think you are.

(again, can't use HeroCreator atm, so trust the text here over the PH export)
Can do the TKA-> TKL thing at range, or Arc + Annihilate in melee. A number of powers can keep TReverb up at range- I chose the Wisp in Infernal cause it has 100ft range (iirc). AoPM would be a good hybrid passive for this odd mix of powers. Gears mostly for Dex and Con, w/ some End/Rec for energy, and ignores severity rating on gear when you get Dex Mastery.

One of my basic assumptions is that I am going to have to live through some part of the content all by myself, take whatever it throws at me, kill everything there and move on to the next thing. So I always build in some durability even at the cost of some DPS. It may not be optimal, but dead DPS is 0.
Invulnerability is a mainstay but I always tell myself that I plan to change it out for Defiant once I have enough Constitution. Form of the Tempest does a great job of upping the numbers in this one. I miss the heal of Endorphins from Enraged but if I block enough, Mental Leech can catch up and more constitution just makes it more effective. I could use an extra heal though.
I had to drop TK Assault because it just hung me there in front of the bad guys and soaked my blue something awful. Darts gives me plenty of Ego Leech so TK Lance can do its thing.
As much as I love Arc of Ruin, its not getting much play here. I just never have the blue for it. By the time I have everything juggled and smacked, dotted and leech stacked, AoR just gets skipped because I can't really wait for its charge. I get some tap swings with it and that's fine for knockdowns but I'm not running enraged now and the crits are more important that the knocks.
Sometimes I get a good AoR swing as an opener but I may look at changing it out if I can imagine up something that will help me more. Eruption and Cleave both do tons of damage and have utility and synergy for less blue and with more speed. There is the advantage to consider but you can't have everything. If I can find something that will heal me and not dunk my DPS then I may go for that.
End building for Ego Leech is really low dps; I wouldn't recommend that. If not using a non-end builder to stack EL, I may just take a ranged TK attack that doesn't require EL stacks. Maybe just use TK Burst for its KD adv for some ranged AoE and CC. Either that, or use TK Maelstrom as an AoE stun + HoT cd. Its a cd attack, but its good added utility. As is, you won't have a way to apply CFlames outside of melee, likely making you struggle w/ energy outside of that range- so I may consider a diff EU, or take a ranged CF applicant.
