Hey folks, I'll try to be brief. I have an on-off relationship with CO, every now and then dropping by to play a bit before getting bored with it. The recent additions in so far as Cosmics/Open Mission/Shadow of Destruction did peek my interest and I had a couple of questions.
- Are pets really as bad as they say? My "main character" is an AoED pet master and I'd like to take him to Cosmics and such without fear of being a liability.
- How are Seraphim/AoAC? I was thinking of making a support-DPS hybrid with one of the two but I'm unsure how "worth" they each are compared to simply running AoED.
- On a final note, how is Sorcery in general at the moment and is an Enchanter build capable of dishing out good DPS?
Thanks in advance.

AoAC is a bit better now that cd reduction isn't as good as before, though I'd still put most other support auras above it in impact. Seraphim lost its self-heal aspect, iirc, but its still good for builds using Dimensional dmg but also want strong bonus heal.
Sorcery is quite good now; pretty versatile set overall.
- Be safe and have fun, champs - for science!

Used to be coach on the forums. Still @coach in game.
2: as flow said AoAC is significantly better since they changed how cooldown gear works, making it a good passive for general purpose support.. as for sepherim, it's focused more on healing than general support, however both can [kinda] dps if built right
3: sorcery is good at dps yeah, however it is also rather capable with debuffs, buffs and other geenral wasy to mess things up.. so mix and match how you see fit and kick thy ****.
