Stance Support: Darkness/Celestial!

Hi everyone! I've been trying to find a way to mix the darkness and celestial power trees to create a cohesive, thematic build for one of my toons. This is what I've come up with so far. Any suggestions or changes I should include?

    Is this meant to be more of a healer or more of a hybrid dps? Also, do you plan on doing Cosmic fights with it? I want a bit more clarification before going into the build.

    Oops, sorry! I forgot to specify.

    The idea behind this build is a endgame/Cosmic healer support build. I figure if I put the character into the Hybrid role I could do some DPS with it, but it's main purpose is to play as a healer support character, utilizing both the darkness and celestial trees for powers.

    Arcane Vitality is kind of my "oopsies" heal in case Iniquity or Lifedrain can't do the trick. I had a leftover power slot, so I decided the Sigils would be a safe slot.

    Should have enough healing options to fit the role- though Arcane Vit could be a diff heal if desired (like R3 Iniquity: very high hps and 100ft range, but can't be used on you, can't crit, and isn't AoE; Justice makes it AoE, but lowers reach to 50ft, etc). SBlast puts up Devoid and Fear (and can stun on feared targets), while Soul Vortex can help proc Fear and SReverb in the background. Can spam Vengeance w/ adv to put up a slew of debuffs to help the team, if ur not busy healing. Gears mostly for Pres and Con.
