I'm assuming you mean a build using the Mind Break attack in TP? Cause in general its not a strong attack setup (Ego Blast w/ MO and TP reverb is usually better for dps).

Threw Skarn's for AoE in there since its easier to use than Ego Sprites for a ranged build now, and it can still stun for Manip. Also, don't charge Mind Break unless ur finishing off a target, as otherwise you'll expend all the debuffs that you built up from using MStorm and MLeech on that target (MStorm's Stress is the most pertinent one for dps here). Decided to make it more focused on personal dps (and defense) than group support. Gears mostly for Int and Con, and avoids severity rating on gear when you get Dex Mastery.
Step 1: remove mind break from your build. Its main function is to consume debuffs that you want to leave un-consumed.
I did advise against charging it for that reason, but its also why I generally don't post builds w/ Mind Break in them- even when talking TP ones. If you want to side-step that issue, you could trade MBreak for Ego Blast w/ MO, switch MSA to TP Reverb, and prob use an EGO/Pres/Con option for the SS setup (or take Pres PSS for Vuln, considering you have both Sleep and MStorm to proc it).
*shrug* TP isn't in a good state atm, but if someone really wants to try it out (w/o having to wait some arbitrary time for a potential rework) mine as well salvage what you can from it. But, for your sanity, it should prob stay neatly in the 'for the helluvit' section of ur builds.
I tried Mind Break, and aside from the other issues mentioned above, I found it to be way too energy-hungry. Yes, the SFX are about 1000x cooler than Ego Blast, but still doesn't make it worth it.
