Is the Heavy Hooked Sword costume unlock still available?

I've never seen it on the AH and I've killed a whole bunch of the DEMON Morbanes in Millennium City without ever seeing it drop.

    Ok, thanks. I did ask in Trade once, but didn't get any response. I guess I'll have to both keep grinding and asking then.

    Now there's five of them in the AH all of a sudden, so I guess I finally got lucky
