Cherub Perk - Nephilim Half-Mask

Does this perk still exist to get the masks, or is C-Store the only way to buy this costume nowadays? I tried looking for the perk in my tab, but it seems to not exist, even after hunting down ~50 of the Nephilim Enemy group. Did they remove it or something?

    I got the unlocks for both costume parts, I believe it's 100, 1000, and 5000, you get the partial mask after 1000 and the full mask after 5000

    Oh I know how to get it, but the Perk Kill Count doesn't show up in my list

    Keep your perks list pulled up for a few extra seconds. I've noticed before that it can take 5-6 seconds for all of my incomplete perks to come up when I'm trying to view them.

    That sounds like a really simplistic solution ("Just look harder"), so I should clarify that I'm not talking to you like you're a moron. :) It just really can take a little while for the full list to appear, which might be what's happening here.

    I was just thinking that you might not show till you got that first perk at 100
