Does this item still exist in the Store? Is there anyway to unlock it or it's skin?

    Am I just blind and cannot find it? Where is it?
    Edit: And yes, I know it doesn't unlock the weapon skin, I meant for the Hoverboard power itself.

    In the powers tab of the Z-Store window, then go to the travel subsection.
