What do you guys think? I couldn't decide between Nanobot Swarm or Sonic Device. Should I have picked Sonic device instead?

    Chest Beam is no longer a slotted PA power, so it won't work well w/ Minigun due to PA toggle lockouts. I'd prob use non-toggle/slot PA so you don't have to deal w/ lockout periods.

    The thing is I want the PA toggle lockout. For some reason I enjoy going into a fight Ironman style firing beams, rocket, etc all at once. This build wasn't going to have many ways to attack besides Pets/PA powers, so lock out wasn't going to be a problem. I just came back to the game from a 4 year period, and made this off of old knowledge and ancient CO wiki information. What PA powers are chest now?

    Well, if you want a toggle-based build, then I wouldn't have much from other powersets in there, due to the lockout. PA toggles are quite costly now, but you can still get good dps from running 2 of them at once (prob won't get 3 at once w/o something like CoAP). Here's an example of such a build:
