    The build lacks an EU and a toggle/form atm. Would also prob change the specs. since Arbiter isn't that great.

    Oh wow i didn't know that arbiter isn't good :o it sucks for every build? any kind of theme?

    Btw your changes seem to be more grounded ill def test this build ty.

    Arbiter isn't that great, but isn't really terrible either- there's usually just better choices out there for a melee build.
