Lt. Patel not giving custom alert mission on any character as of 2017-02-17

I see that Cybermind is the current custom alert, but I can't see a mission for it (or any custom alert) in Patel's dialog. I asked in /zone about it but got no response. Is this bugged for anyone else?

    The alert mission in question, RAID Array, is obtained by Socrates. Likely after finishing Intranet Deployment and the subsequent mission with Cyber Lord.

    So, the daily Custom Alert missions given by Patel are for everything except Cybermind. Seems odd that he wouldn't have a daily for that one too. Thanks for the response.
